The Hi-CAPA5.1 Government Model is a high-capacity Government model designed with the concept of custom Governments used by special forces on the front lines and shooting guns.
To compensate for the Government's weakness of low magazine capacity, the magazine is double-columned. To neatly store the large magazine, the frame has a slim style combining a polymer grip and a metal chassis. The slide is a square heavy type designed to handle heavy bullets like .45ACP Military Ball +P. It also comes with a Picatinny standard (20mm width) under-rail, making it an all-purpose model that can be used in a tactical style with various flashlights attached, or a railless sports style.

The Colt M1911, commonly known as the Government, was the official sidearm of the US military for 74 years starting in 1911, and it continues to be supported in the US today for its .45 caliber stopping power. Although it was replaced by the M92F, which uses 9mm Parabellum ammunition, as the official sidearm in 1985, the US Marine Corps, FBI Hostage Rescue Team, and Los Angeles SWAT, who require the powerful .45 caliber, have actively adopted custom handguns based on the Government.
Compared to the M92F with a magazine capacity of 15 rounds, the high-capacity Government compensates for the Government's weakness of low magazine capacity (7 rounds).
